The details we get asked most before an apparel order goes into production.
Screen printing typically starts at 24 pieces per design, embroidery starts at 12, and DTG is available for smaller runs and one-offs. Corporate apparel programs and promotional products have their own thresholds we quote per job.
Standard production runs 10 to 14 business days after art approval. Rush orders are available on most methods, and event and trade show deadlines are supported when you flag the date up front.
Vector artwork in AI, EPS, or PDF is preferred. High-resolution PNG or PSD files at 300 DPI also work for DTG and full-color prints. If your logo isn't vector-ready, our team can redraw or digitize it for a small setup fee.
Yes. We can create the artwork, select garment styles and colors, build size runs, add custom neck tags, and set up an ongoing reorder system or company store so your team can request gear on demand.
